By adding 4 pattern beads  you will be adding an addition 1.25" to the circumference of the keyring.  

Do not purchase this listing unless you have already purchased the a keyring that gives you the option for add-ons.  

Beads added to your keyring will be the same pattern, no changes can be made pattern.
