Refunds

Absolutely NO refunds on personalized items. All personalized items will receive an email with requested information for your approval prior to creating your item. Please ensure that you have provided us with correct spelling information.

We gladly refund our ready to ship items, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving items, it must be unused and returned in original shipping packaging. Customer is responsible to arrangements to return item(s), we encourage you to ship with trackable information as CR Designs is not responsible for item(s) being lost during shipping. Customers are fully responsible for return shipping fees, CR Designs does not provide refund on shipping fees.
